Monday - ahhhh countdown day!

3 Had to throw out food from the freezer because its kaput again
4 Shopped for JR school uniforms before they're bought out
5 Homework now til the wee hours...

what day is it again?

I am so far behind! But lets see since the last post, we have returned from OKC and enjoyed a relaxing weekend just doing a whole lotta nothing! We got our deployment chain started, goes all through the hallway and comes into the kitchen - takes us only to January!! So prolly close to Thanksgiving, we'll start another chain and have that take us through next July so that way we're OVER on days instead of under. We'll tear off one every night :)

Had our AC looked at again today since it went out again. I had noticed yesterday that it was getting really hot in here, and sure enough it was like 86 or 89! Luckily it was raining a bit outside so we opened the windows and had a cool evening. Sleep was ok, with windows open. The guy came out today and did some service on the AC unit, but said that the compressor is going out, and because it's having to work so hard it may not last too much longer. SO that is on my semi to-do list to save in case we have to replace that. Also, have to pay one last payment on the Maxima - still not sure why that is but it's not a full payment it's like $300. So I'm working a few issues all at once.

The next few months we should have a few things paid down considerably, which will be a huge relief. I was hoping to have a bit in savings from GI Bill, but I'm going to just use it right away to pay things off, instead of waiting to pay it off later once I had $$ saved up. I won't make much on interest, and I want these things gone!

Sunday catching up!

Hey baby!! Got here to dads yesterday, and went to Ellas 4th bday party! Then today we went to lunch with Casey, Rhonda, Ella, Grandma Burkhalter at Golden Corral. Went back to Caseys house for a couple hours and hung out- it was fun! Had a brisket dinner tonight at dads for his bday, and it was so yummy- whoAAA I was so in love with this food lol! Then after dinner Nita and James started talking about coming out to Colorado for Christmas and going skiing- b/c I said yall should come out to see us and go skiing :) so they said yes! Not sure when, but they're seriously thinking about it. Oh yah I remember how it came up, Nita said someone at work they stopped giving each other gifts for Christmas and instead do a trip. So I said, cool y'all could come ski in Colorado! So thats cool- will msg you about that too since I don't know how long before you read he blog again. Tomorrow not doing much, just homework. Tuesday spending the day with Patty, then leaving Wed or Thurs. I'm ready to be home. I miss you baby, I love you soooo much!!!!!! Xoxoxoxoxoxox

Thursday catching up!

I love you sooooo much!! We had a blast at the rodeo the other night! There was a little boy there who befriended me and then when Mateo got annoyed with him he "rescued me" and sat besides me. Had a good visit here with mom and pop, it's been a good week love the home cookin and relaxing :) headed to okc prolly Sat. Took miss Hailey home today because she just couldn't behave. I'll get her again one night next week for dinner or something. Bub sure misses his sissy!

Saturday catching up!

Busy in Oklahoma! Got to dads Thursday, got Hailey Friday, got to Moms last night just in time for supper! Got up today and had founders day parade! The kids did the slip n slide this afternoon while Brady and I napped for 3 hrs lol. Rodeo was tonight, had a good time! Brady learned to clap today- so cute! I'm getting stuff together for boxes, love youuuuuuu!

Tuesday already!!

YAY! Got to talk to you on Skype for a longgg time today! SOOOO happy you had a camera!!!! You look good babe, I miss seeing your face everyday and seeing your smile :) I LOVE YOU!!!

1 Packed mom's stuff in the car :(
2 Went to the bank, also picked up Mom's ACU bag - it is really nice I think she'll love it!
3 Took mom to Denver, met up with Uncle Steve and Travis and Heather, and Heather's Dad Howard (for dinner)
4 Looked up info on my 3 new classes - looks like it will be a lot of work this term but that will keep me super busy!
5 Called for the exterminator and he's coming THURS!

I miss you soo much!!! It is definitely busy back here, especially since Brady seems to think that he's almost a year old - trying to do all kinds of big boy things!

Got to talk to you tonight for a little bit on FB - so glad it was working right!!!!! I love you so much, and I'm Sooooooo glad you have pretty good access to chat once in awhile, and that you can txt and keep up with us!!!! I loved the other night how you got to like eat dinner with us because we were eating and you just skype'd in like no biggie LOL - skype is a wonderful thing!! I'm going to look for our webcam but I don't know if I'll find it - may send a new one. Anyway you'll have one - then when you skype us we're going to put the phone down on whatever (like the couch or something) and be like "Daddy was here" LOL!!!! HILARIOUS! ohhh I crack myself up sometimes LOL

Well going back a bit...

Thursday five things :)
1 JR and Brady went to play at my friend Hanna (good friend from middle/high school)
2 Bought a new big boy car seat for lil man
3 got my hair done, and had a nice girls day with Mom!
4 Hanna and her hubby "Beej" (nickname for BJ) came over with their boys to swim, stayed for dinner, it was so fun!
4.5 Jarrett got brave enough to jump in from the side!
5 Packed for home, leaving in the morning for Albuquerque and then on to home Saturday :)


Wednesday five things:
1 picked up mom's car!
2 cleaned out the car - you'd be proud!
